Product Return Policy

1. Return conditions:

Customer need no check goods status and can change/return right at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  • Wrong categories, models in the ordered order or website at the time of order.
  • Not enough quantity like in the ordered order.
  • Problem with product quality


Customers are responsible for submitting relevant documents proving the above deficiencies to complete the return / exchange of goods.

2. Regulations on the time to notify and return returned products:

  • Time of return notice: within 48 hours after receiving the product in case the product lacks accessories, gifts or broken.
  • Product delivery time: within 14 days after receiving product.
  • Location of product return: Customers can take the item directly to our office/store or deliver it by mail.
